RESIDENTIAL, OFFICE AND RETAIL COMPLEX
Maltepe Piazza is a mixed use project consisting of a shopping center, office tower and a residence block. The project is located on the main artery of E5 Road that connects the cities of Edirne, Istanbul and Ankara.
The 20-storey-office and residences sit on a shopping center that has 55.000 sqm of rentable area. There is an urban plaza at the center of the project site. The plaza is surrounded by retaurants and cafe areas. There is also an interor plaza at the shopping center, which will function as a place for diverse cultural activities. The 230-flat-residence block has an open pool and social areas and has a direct connection to the shopping center. The flats range from 1+1,2+1 and 3+1 unit types.
