İZMİR OPTIMUM OUTLET SHOPPING & ENTERTAINMENT CENTER EXTENSION
Optimum Outlet AVM, is located at the Gaziemir district of İzmir, Turkey. The buildilng is placed between downtown İzmir and Adnan Menderes Airport. There is a metro station located in the proximity of the Shopping Mall. The building is at a point where the airport road -being one of the significant commercial spots of the district- and the ring road intersects. It is easily accessible by both private cars and mass transport vehicles.
Optimum Outlet has a total construction area of 138.450 sqm. In the building, there are a hypermarket, a construction market, an electro market, retail stores of selected brands, 20 restaurants and fast food units, an entertainment area that consists10-large hall cinemas, an ice rink, a 5-D cinema, a bowling hall, and a children’s playground.
The main facade at the west side is designed in a wavy style addressing the sea shores of the Aegean region in which the city of İzmir is located. The facades are cladded with natural stones and metal louvers. There are three different sized interior and an exterior couryard in the Mall. The buildilng can be accessed through four diverse entrances. There is a 1.517-vehicle carpark in the Mall.
