INCEK VILLAS
This project stems from the idea that both solid and void should be deliberately designed. The space is defined not only by the built mass but also by the areas where the mass is fragmented, recessed, and opened. Accordingly, the garden is not considered a secondary element at the periphery; it penetrates the mass and acts as a fundamental component that organizes the spatial layout.

The voids and inner gardens inserted into the mass do more than provide light and ventilation; they blur the distinction between inside and outside and enhance the permeability of the space. The rooms are connected not through walls but via the inner gardens, thereby moving beyond the concept of enclosed volumes. In this project, voids are not passive gaps but active design elements. They regulate privacy, support climatic comfort, and break down the scale of the building to enrich the human experience. As a result, the residence moves beyond being a compact mass; it becomes a permeable living system defined by voids, inner gardens, and continuous engagement with open space.
