COURTYARD VILLA
Courtyard Villa is a double storey house with a 447 sqm construction area in Aktau, Kazakhstan. The main idea of the villa stems from separating living and service areas and integrating nature into living areas.
In the ground floor, living room, dining room and kitchen; on the upper floor, four bedrooms and a study room organize around the inner courtyard. In order to integrate with nature and blur the distinction between inside and outside, living room and dining room open to the terrace via openable glass facade.
