BODRUM MARRIOTT EDITION HOTEL
The project site is situated at the base of the Bodrum foothills and at the edge of the Aegean Sea. The Project is composed of three main part: the main hotel building, the resort villas, and the waterfront leisure activity center.
The main hotel building is comprised of three blocks that cascade down the natural topography of the site, maximizing sea views and reducing the overall massing. These three blocks are linked together with garden bridges that allow access to the main entry lobby, pool terrace, rooftop gardens and adjacent rooms.
The resort villas are arranged across the site in such a way to take advantage of the existing terrain and site slope, the villas terrace their way from the waterfront amenities towards the hotel, allowing for vista of the Aegean Sea from each unit.
A signature restaurant, beach bar, night club, pool, spa and gym in the waterfront leisure activity center provides activity for guests during day and evening.
